2024 SNJBSMC Scholarship
Dear Scholarship Coordinator/Counselors/Students:
The Southern New Jersey Chapter of Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club (SNJBSMC) is one of 21 chapters in the Northeast Frontier of the National Association of Buffalo Soldiers and Troopers Motorcycle Club (NABSTMC).
The SNJBSMC will award 3 scholarships in the sum of (2) $500.00 and (1) $1000 to a graduating high school/trade school senior residing in the chapter’s service area (Atlantic, Cape, Cumberland,
Camden, Salem, or Gloucester Counties). Please encourage your students to apply.
SNJBSMC will mail funds to the successful student winner upon transcript verification at the college/university the student will be attending. The scholarship will be awarded based on a completed
application packet, which includes financial need, student qualifications, an essay, and supporting documentation.
The selected scholarship recipient will be automatically submitted for consideration and vetting for the Northeast Frontier and/or National Buffalo Soldier Motorcycle Club scholarship programs. All
applicants will be notified, and a formal scholarship award presentation will be announced to the recipient, their family, and their high school for an individual presentation.
By March 16, all completed applications and required documents must be scanned in PDF format into ONE (1) PDF file and emailed on or before
the stated deadline of March 16, 2024. Unofficial transcripts can be scanned in PDF format. JPEG and GIF image formats will be rejected.

Southern NJ BSMC 2023 Scholarship Recipient
This year’s recipient of the SNJ Book Scholarship is Victoria Negron from Vineland High School, who will be majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Pictures with Victoria are (l to r) SNJ VP Navigator, Guidance Counselor Elise Storms, and President Chip. We wish her well in her future endeavors!
Southern NJ BSMC 2022 Scholarship Recipient
Kennedy Sidibe (center) from Absegami High School, was the 2022 recipient of the Southern New Jersey BSMC Book Scholarship. In addition, Kennedy was selected as the recipient for the Northeast Frontier BSMC scholarship.
